We started Littleton Bassworks to solve a problem we all know as musicians: finding affordable, specialized, and high-quality bass gear is harder than it should be. At most chain instrument stores, the bass department is an afterthought, managed with limited general knowledge.
We are your bass specialists. Our team is made up of experienced, working musicians, and our entire operation is built on a deep love and professional devotion to the low end.

Every instrument, amplifier, and accessory in our Showroom is hand-picked and vetted by our team of working musicians. We proudly maintain a deep commitment to the low end with approximately 80% of our inventory focused on bass.

The same great instructors and lessons you love from Littleton Bass School will be teaching in brand new classrooms, with a great lounge to relax in before or after your lesson, or for your ride to relax in during the lesson. Ample parking, coffee, wifi, cushons...what more could you ask for.

Like what you see here? Our entire musician curated selection of basses, guitars, amps, pedals, and accessories will be out for you to check out in-person, plug in, and find the setup that perfectly matches your playing style. Plus, you can chat with our musician employees for advice.
Workshop
New setups, modifications and customizations, or scratch builds from blocks of the finest tonewoods, we'll have you covered. You can even learn how to build or maintain your own instruments. Multiple workbenches and expert service and instructors are all lined up.
